‘I had heard about Elsa's custom artwork from a word-of-mouth recommendation. Our beloved pet bearded dragon, Nibelsnarf, developed a tumour and passed prematurely. He was so missed, that we intended to get a large print of our favourite photo of him to frame for our living room. I took a chance instead on Elsa's portrait service and was very glad to have done so. Elsa's portrait somehow captured even more of Nibel's personality than our reference photo had. We purchased the portrait in March 2021 and it has continued ever since to warm our hearts in the centre of our living room. Even more than his memory, Nibel's personality seems to live on in our house every single day. We are eternally grateful for the treasure that Elsa's gift bestowed on us.’
